1, furnace body: as this kind of product is a special optical glass, the refractory material with direct contact with the glass liquid in the furnace has very high requirements. 2. Furnace body steel structure: the kiln produces electric melting furnace for gap. 4, feeding and discharging: according to the requirements of the production process control and the melting capacity of the kiln, the melting of each batch in the furnace is also required to be gradually added to ensure the quality of its melting. So the feeding should be controlled. Therefore, it is necessary to set up feeding equipment and feeding control equipment above the inlet of the electric furnace. When discharging, the height of the hydraulic cylinder is controlled, and the molten molten glass gradually spills into the specially designed water quenching hopper. A water sealed spiral discharge mechanism is arranged under the hopper. The material is directly upgraded to the finished barrel for drying, milling and pelletizing.

5. Operation platform and steel structure: the overall structure of the electric furnace is quite large in appearance. Two layers of steel platform should be set up around the kiln. It is convenient for masonry, installation and operation of kiln body, and production control of operators at ordinary times.

6, the compressed air cooling system of the kiln body wall: to ensure the service life of the kiln, the kiln is made up of a corresponding air cooling system with compressed air and pipes and copper nozzles.
