The production technology of glass bead production by other production plants is replaced by a full electric melting furnace consisting of special refractory materials to replace the high refractive index glass water quenched material produced by the useful platinum crucible.

The basic composition of the electric furnace production line is based on the requirements of conventional process production.

1, furnace body: as this kind of product is a special optical glass, the refractory material with direct contact with the glass liquid in the furnace has very high requirements. 2. Furnace body steel structure: the kiln produces electric melting furnace for gap. After each batch of material is melted, the whole kiln body is inclined to overflow and enter into the water quenched product hopper and naturally become granules. Therefore, the steel structure of the furnace is divided into two parts: the moving furnace body steel structure and the fixed bracket. A special hydraulic cylinder is used in the middle. 3, heating and distribution: due to the requirements of the products, the electric melting process adopts the radiation heating process. The furnace body is equipped with special silicon carbon rods, which are equipped with electric melting transformer, electric control steel box, automatic temperature control system of production process, and configuration of electrode cable in power supply and distribution.

4, feeding and discharging: according to the requirements of the production process control and the melting capacity of the kiln, the melting of each batch in the furnace is also required to be gradually added to ensure the quality of its melting. So the feeding should be controlled. Therefore, it is necessary to set up feeding equipment and feeding control equipment above the inlet of the electric furnace. When discharging, the height of the hydraulic cylinder is controlled, and the molten molten glass gradually spills into the specially designed water quenching hopper. A water sealed spiral discharge mechanism is arranged under the hopper. The material is directly upgraded to the finished barrel for drying, milling and pelletizing.

5. Operation platform and steel structure: the overall structure of the electric furnace is quite large in appearance. Two layers of steel platform should be set up around the kiln. It is convenient for masonry, installation and operation of kiln body, and production control of operators at ordinary times.

6, the compressed air cooling system of the kiln body wall: to ensure the service life of the kiln, the kiln is made up of a corresponding air cooling system with compressed air and pipes and copper nozzles.
